The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. They were accommodating in a low season, which meant we had the ski place all to ourselves. The hotel offered nice and clean rooms, and the location was convenient for skiing and exploring the surrounding area.
The language barrier, as the staff did not speak English. It was fortunate that we had someone at the hotel who could help translate, but otherwise, we had to rely on Google Translate.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were nice, friendly and sincerely helpful. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, secluded yet easily accessible, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided each morning, with a wide range of tasty options to choose from.
Couldn't fault. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

The hotel room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the surrounding scenery. the location was perfect for our romantic escape, as it was nestled in the midst of nature, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We loved how quiet and secluded it felt, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy each other's company.
The lack of English-speaking staff was a major setback. It was extremely difficult to communicate our needs and preferences, which often led to misunderstandings and frustrations.
